Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data CHAN JING SIONG (202603295414 (JR0197672-X)), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia ("we", "us") collects through this website, the sign-up form and the MeowLink app, and how we use it, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect when you sign up

Your name, WhatsApp number, phone type, car year, optional car club nickname and note, and the payment receipt you upload. We use these only to process your order, send your install link and give you support.

What the app keeps on your phone

You sign in with your existing car account. Your phone number and password are sent only to the car account's official sign-in service. Your login token, vehicle details and settings stay on your device and are shared only with MeowLink's own widgets and Apple Watch app. We never receive your password, token or VIN.

Data sent to other services

• Weather: the car's approximate location is sent to Open-Meteo to show the weather.
• Fuel prices: the app downloads Malaysia's weekly fuel prices from data.gov.my. Nothing about you is sent.
• Maps: the car's location is shown with Apple Maps or Google Maps.
• Payment: you pay by DuitNow QR through your own bank or e-wallet. We do not see your bank login or card details.

Feedback

If you send feedback from the app, we receive your message, the contact you type, the app version, device model and system version, and diagnostics if you choose to attach them. Diagnostics never include your password, token or VIN.

No ads, no tracking

The app and this website have no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. We do not sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-up and payment records for as long as the law requires for business records, and delete feedback once it is resolved or when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing godxchicken@icloud.com or messaging +60 11-3747 5548. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone.
